The Six Unredacted Co-Conspirators
Research Corpus Note: This document draws on the DOJ Epstein Files corpus. The DOJ Epstein Files release spans approximately 3.5 million pages across ~900,229 unique documents. Of these, text was successfully extracted from 900,196 documents (covering virtually the full corpus) through OCR and PDF text-extraction processing. Overview
On February 10, 2026, Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) publicly named six individuals from previously redacted FBI August 2019 documents as unredacted co-conspirators in the Epstein case. The naming drew directly from FBI intelligence documents within the DOJ Epstein Files. In at least two cases the naming coincided with immediate professional consequences.
The Six Named Co-Conspirators
1. Les Wexner
- Victoria's Secret founder and Epstein's primary financial patron
- Labeled "unindicted co-conspirator" in FBI documents; noted: "limited evidence regarding his involvement"
- Gave a closed-door congressional deposition in February 2026; described himself as naive and claimed Epstein stole from him

2. Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem
- CEO of DP World (major global port operator), Emirati billionaire
- Named co-conspirator in FBI documents
- Replaced as head of DP World on February 13, 2026 β three days after public naming
- Emails show discussions of using former MI6 and Mossad agents to recover Libyan assets

3. Jean-Luc Brunel
- French modeling agent and close Epstein associate
- Allegedly recruited victims through modeling fronts (MC2 agency)

Both the co-conspirator designation and the "limited evidence" language are confirmed verbatim in the FBI's own contemporaneous documents.

Jean-Luc Brunel β Death in French Prison

A source close to the investigation told AFP Brunel had been found dead overnight Friday to Saturday in the Prison de la SantΓ©." The FBI SITREP (EFTA00173201) also confirms Brunel's co-conspirator designation: "(U//LES) Jean-Luc Brunel (Co-conspirator)".
Redacted Co-Conspirator Entries
EFTA00173201 (FBI SITREP): The structured intelligence table shows at least four redacted co-conspirator entries alongside the four unredacted names (Groff, Maxwell, Brunel, Wexner) β locations: New York NY, Miami FL, New York NY, London. This directly confirms that additional names existed in FBI documentation that were not publicly released. The NPA's immunity provisions are documented in EFTA02830447 (the 2007 non-prosecution agreement text).
Non-Prosecution Agreement Context
EFTA02815839 (JPMorgan litigation): "The non-prosecution agreement identified [names] and [names] as potential co-conspirators of Epstein." Also: "The non-prosecution agreement identified Lesley Groff as a potential co-conspirator of Epstein."
EFTA02830447 (non-prosecution agreement): Documents the full immunity framework β the US agreed not to institute criminal charges against named co-conspirators if Epstein fulfilled all conditions, creating the structural immunity that protected associates for over a decade.
Significance
The public naming of these six individuals was significant on multiple levels:
- It moved co-conspirator designations from redacted/classified status to public record
- In the cases of Wexner (congressional deposition) and bin Sulayem (DP World replacement), naming coincided with immediate professional consequences
- The FBI SITREP's four additional redacted entries confirm that the publicly named individuals are not the complete list
